The ExecutiveChute's round parachute design has been in production since 1984, tested constantly in all areas of aviation and para-sports. Safety is our mission. As such, we use only the highest quality materials and carefully monitor the production process so that each chute is crafted under the strictest conditions to consistently ensure strength and safety.
Certified for several European and American military applications, the Executive Chute canopy cloth is F111 zero porosity ripstop nylon. Furthermore, the skirt is reinforced with 1" mil spec. nylon tape neatly wrapped and stitched with a precision four-needle machine. The line attachments have V-Tab reinforcements, sewn in place with a computerized machine and the attachment loop is covered with a Teflon sheath to protect it from dangerous friction which may occur during deployment. Made from 6,000 pound nylon UV resistant webbing, the bridle also has a line sheath for added security.
When in use, the ExecutiveChute opens rapidly and takes only 1.9 seconds to reach full inflation. Its fast descent rate at approximately 1000 feet per minute has been a key factor in its development. We want to ensure that you reach the ground as quickly as possible and avoid floating around on unpredictable air currents. These and all other aspects of the ExecutiveChute have been tested at length and clearly demonstrate that it functions safely and smoothly during all stages of use.
