Disclaimer of Liability and Warranty
The EscapeLine product by Executive Chute, LLC. is designed solely and specifically as a personal parachute safety system, to be used exclusively by a single individual weighing a maximum of 300 lbs. It is only to be used in case of a real and imminent life-threatening emergency to escape from a high-rise building from no less than 15 stories above the ground.
Executive Chute, LLC. makes no warranty that the use of this product guarantees personal safety or freedom from physical injury or that it operates as a life-saving mechanism. We offer that this product has the potential to reduce the risk of death or grave bodily injury when used within the scope of its specifications and in strict accordance with its directions.
Executive Chute, LLC. disclaims any liability or respondibility for injuries or damages resulting from the use of this equipment. Executive Chute, LLC. has no control over the use of this equipment, and the person using this equipment assumes all risk of damage or injury.
It is expressly understood and agreed that by the use hereof by the buyer or by any subsequent user that Executive Chute, LLC.; the manufacturer; and/or the seller shall in no way be deemed or held liable or accountable and makes no warranty either expressed or implied, statutory, by operation of law, or otherwise beyond that expressed herein.
Executive Chute, LLC. disclaims any liability in tort for damages – direct or consequential – or personal injuries resulting from a malfunction or from a defect in design, manufacturing, materials, or workmanship, whether caused by negligence on the part of Executive Chute, LLC., its manufacturer, sellers, and/or distributors. The buyer or user waives any liability on the part of any of the above for personal injuries or any other damages arising from such use.
The liability of Executive Chute, LLC. is limited to the replacement of defective parts found under examination by the manufacturer to be defective in material or workmanship within 90 days after purchase and which has not been caused by an accident, striking, improper use, alteration, tampering, excessive use, misuse, or abuse. Damage by the buyer and/or user shall be deemed liquidated in the costs of replacement as above.
